Two postdoctoral researcher positions are currently open at the Inserm U1138 - Cordeliers Research Center (CRC) in Paris for two projects on the genomics of liver cancer. Both positions are 12-month renewable contracts scheduled to begin in the first semester of 2026.
Postdoctoral Researcher in Multi-Omics - SIGN’IT Project (MIMIC)
Supervised by Prof. Jean-Charles Nault, this project aims to identify tumor- and blood-based biomarkers predictive of response to immunotherapy in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The role involves multi-omics biomarker discovery (WES, RNA-seq, proteomics) and the development of integrated predictive models.
Postdoctoral Researcher in Translational Genomics – MOSACLID (ANR 2025) & GENIAL (HORIZON EU) Projects
Supervised by Prof. Jessica Zucman-Rossi, this project investigates the role of germline mutant, liver, and hematopoietic somatic mosaicism in the progression of chronic liver diseases to cirrhosis and HCC. The researcher will utilize cohort of human samples and integrate high-resolution genomic approaches, including ultra-deep WES, single-cell RNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomics.
