Introducing the NextGen BTC Group

The NextGen BTC Group was established in January 2025 as part of the Precision-BTC Network to create a vibrant and inclusive community of young investigators and innovators (YIs) in the BTC research field. This group is dedicated to fostering collaboration, promoting professional growth, and providing tailored opportunities, ensuring that YIs have a strong voice and an active role in shaping the future of BTC research and innovation.

Our Vision

The NextGen BTC Group envisions a collaborative and supportive research environment where early-career researchers are empowered to make meaningful contributions to BTC advancements. By fostering leadership, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, the group aims to build a sustainable foundation for future experts in the field.

Our Commitment

• Identifying and addressing the needs of YIs in the BTC field, providing recommendations to the Precision-BTC Network coordination.
• Organizing career- and skills-oriented webinars to support professional development.
• Strengthening networking opportunities for YIs.
• Creating engaging and informative content for social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Driving and managing specific activities within each Working Group.
• Organizing and coordinating YIs gatherings during Precision-BTC meetings and other relevant conferences.
• Encouraging and supporting other YIs to become BTC members and actively engage in the Precision-BTC Network.
