The International Alliance for Cancer Early Detection (ACED) is recruiting ambitious, research-driven clinicians for 36-month Clinical Research Training Fellowships commencing in autumn 2027. Awarded across UK ACED Centres (University College London, University of Cambridge, and University of Manchester), these fellowships offer clinicians the opportunity to undertake a PhD in cancer early detection.
For applicants interested in cholangiocarcinoma research, PhD projects can be co-developed with Precision-BTC Network members Dr. Pilar Acedo and Prof. John Bridgewater at UCL.
Fellowship Coverage & Details:
- • 36-month full funding (salary, UK home tuition fees, and research expenses up to £292,316)
- • Multi-disciplinary training across ACED member centres
- • Eligibility: Medical degree, eligible for GMC registration, and UK "Home" fee status
