A permanent, part-time position (24 hours per week) for a Consultant Medical Oncologist specialising in Biliary Tract & Pancreatic Cancers is available at the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre (BWoSCC) with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. As part of Scotland’s largest cancer centre, the successful applicant will join the GI oncology team to provide specialist medical oncology input, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and engage in cutting-edge clinical trials.
Position Details & Key Requirements:
- • Salary: Consultant (£111,430 - £148,064 pro rata)
- • Contract: Permanent, Part-time (24 hours / week)
- • Location: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre, Glasgow, UK
- • Eligibility: Full GMC registration, CCST in Medical or Clinical Oncology (or within 6 months of CCT), MRCP or equivalent, Specialty Certificate Exam (CSE) in Medical Oncology
- • Experience: Demonstrable experience in SACT/chemotherapy practice, MDT working, and clinical trials
