2 positions as postdoc in hepatology and primary liver cancer oncology are available for motivated and independent candidates in the Andersen Group at BRIC, University of Copenhagen. The focus of our research is translational hepatology within liver and biliary tract cancers to elucidate the underlying pathogenesis of these malignancies. The successful candidate will join an international research group that views the patient first, utilizing genome-wide technologies, high-throughput robotics screening, as well as approaches in patient-derived 3D cell culturing and in vivo models. This project will include global metabolomics, metabolic spatial imaging (MALDI-MSI), transcriptomics and more.
