Karolinska Institute is seeking a bioinformatician with experience in omics integration applied to hepato-oncology. You will work on primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare liver disease linked to bile tract cancers. If you have experience in bioinformatics, machine learning, and omics, and want to be part of a truly translational project, this could be the role for you.

Based in Stockholm, at one of the world’s leading medical universities, the employment is for 6 months as research assistant in bioinformatics applied to multiomics integration.
