Apply now to benefit from a STSM, VM or YRIC grant
The 3rd call for grant applications via the COST Action Precision-BTC Network’s mobility grant program is now officially open. Qualified Action members are now welcome to apply for one of the three grant schemes offered this period, namely:
Short Term Scientific Mission (STSM)
Period of Benefit: 15/1/26 – 20/9/26
STSM Grants fund short stays by an Action member at a host institution in a different country, offering accepted applicants the ability to participate in international projects, access new techniques or equipment or gain new knowledge not available in their home institution.
Application deadline: December 20th, 2025
Virtual Mobility (VM)
Period of Benefit: 15/1/26 – 20/9/26
Virtual Mobility Grants are directed at assisting virtual collaboration between members of the Action to exchange knowledge and/or techniques, collaborate on activities or projects, and beyond. This is a flexible tool key for developing Action and individual capacity.
Application deadline: December 20th, 2025
Young Researcher & Innovator Conference Grant (YRIC)
Period of Benefit: 15/12/25 – 15/9/26
YRI Conference Grants support Young Researchers & Innovators — Action members younger than 40 years old — who have been accepted to give oral or poster presentations at high-level 3rd party conferences. Accepted grantees receive funds to help cover the cost of attendance.
Application deadline: July 20th, 2026
